A Woman named IRENE
You can't see her, but she is strong, wide and full of distress. The Hurricane came ripping through and leaving destruction in many areas. I'm praying you and your family are well and that just maybe you had to go without power just long enough to know that you love power.

Love like You've Never LOVED
It's all a matter of perspective. While talking with a high school friend, I learned that he recently lost his wife to Breast Cancer. I was completely broken and thought, I can't imagine after 23 years (22 very soon for John and I) being without my best friend.
So last night while sleeping next to my darling husband and hearing him snore in my ear, to have him bounce the bed while turning over, just to feel the warmth of his body, well, that made me happy. Complain - no, I can't. I'm so elated to have this opportunity to share my life with a wonderful man who loves me! and I want to LOVE like I've never LOVED before!
With the thought of how the "Word" speaks of loving your neighbor as yourself - that would mean,......do for someone that you wish someone would do for you. Pray, go, do!

Wonderful Day of Rest
Sunday's, don't you just love em?
It's a day of rest (maybe yours is a different day). It's a day of reflection, it's a day for worship, it's a day for prayer, a day to spend time in God's word, a day to spend with loved ones, to listen to the birds, to sip a long cup of coffee, a day to cuddle on the sofa, a day to not worry. AHHHH SUNDAY!
Thank God you are coming again............for some of these things I did not get to do, like rest.

COLORS AND YOU
I decided to paint another room in the house and my darling husband picked up some paint swatches for me.
It's always difficult to decide on a color, I do like so many.
After careful consideration and a little input from Sophia, I decided to go with a real punchy green. It is so pretty. So what's the big deal (it's just paint). Well when I was at Home Depot getting my paint stirred, the lady commented to me that it's funny how people pick colors that they are wearing.........hmmmm......... I WAS wearing GREEN!
When I arrived home I realized my kitchen is green, my living room is green, my 1/2 bath is green AND my bedroom is green, various shades but WHAT IS UP with green???

BRAIN Fried
Oh yeah, after a long week at work using a new database for billing and trying to figure out how to use it while billing and fixing mistakes as well as conversion errors..............."Fried" is a nice word.
Well, then I got to thinking (hmmm, there I go again). Is it healthy for you to over work your brain? Should you rest it just like your body? I know for me, it doesn't function that well after it's been fried, no part of me does. So I found a test online where you can find your brain grade...really? gotta love the internet, so I'm going to find out my grade right now. Here's the link Brain Grade
